Many thanks for your reply. After visting the site, it transpires that they needed to setup HPC environment on a cluster (manually). The telephone help from Autodesk was brilliant!

One thing though, we had to resort to following the CFDEsign 2010 documentation on this. The 2012 documentation was a bit sparse on this topic.
