I just had a case where SolidEdge ST5 would include suppresed parts when launching into CFD. The typical workflow is that only displayed volumes would be included in your CFD model.
We were able to get this resolved by changing the export options for parasolid to include the option 'Export displayed only'.
You will need to toggle this setting and save out your parasolid file 1 time. After this you can export to Simulation CFD successfully.
