Is it possible to make a road in cfd? I am trying to simulate a car, but the flow has to flow below the car. Now almost all the flow is flowing over the car. Are there some specifications I can change to receive a realistic simulation.

I'm assuming you have an exterior air domain. Feel free to reference our Car example model.
If you wanted to represent the road is moving (as though the car is driving) you can assign a Component velocity to mimic this effect
