    Hi,

In Boundary Condition Section. Can we also set the number of particle that produce by machine/human in our cleanroom?

    Hi,

You could try using flow traces after the analysis is complete, this would show you where any particles that are produced eventually end up.

You might also want to checkout the particle trace grid spacing workflow.  This way you can control the number of particles you want to simulate.

What is your goal with using the particles traces?
