Autodesk Simulation CFD

I am getting the error message "Mesher Can not read data file:/mesher/.mci Error:The system cannot find the path specified."  when I try to solve a simulation. 

I checked the simulation's folders, and there is a folder named "mesher" with a file in it named "Scenario 1.mci".  I don't understand why it is not letting me solve.

I just installed version 13.1, and am using it on a 32 bit Windows XP machine.

Please move your design study to a local drive.

If you are on a P: drive or a network share //PCName/folder_location/  our mesher will not always have the same level permission as your user credentials. Move this to your local C: drive and you should be able to proceed forward.

This happens regardless of whether I am on a network drive or local drive.

I moved it to my local drive then went into all the folders/files and made sure I had full permissions and everything was unlocked, but it still gives me the same error.
