i have istalled with stand alone licence

Hi mh,

 

I'm no expert in this but I just want to share my thoughts.

The first image is the software looking for the license server. If you did not point the software to the license server, then that would explain the subsequent error messages.

    Your issue is relattively common. From the flex license server log file we an see that you did not register all of your serials. You are missing the increment and package for the interface (Design Study Environment). Without this you cannot open the software.
