Is it possible to create a volume using the CFD tool and export that to solidworks for editing. Or can I edit within autodesk if I only have a simulation key, not the CAD software. In detail, the problem is i want to model a centrifigul pump and I want to eliminate the filets on the water without changing the tube shape. Also I want to use the valute casting to create the volume and than delete it in the CFD but when I click remove it stays, also I surpress it and it stays, just slashes the name bar. Any suggestions?

Hi Chad,
It is not possible to export geometry from Simulation CFD.
You might want to explore Inventor Fusion for geoemtry simplification.
