Seek / Java Error - Windows 7.0

I have a client who is receiving a Seek error on Windows 7.0. It looks to be Java related but am not sure.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Until Win7 is officially released and software companies acknowledge full
compliance, you'll have to wait for such small annoying problems to get
fixed.

So Windows 7 has now been officially released...not sure if I'm having the same problem as the original question, but now that I'm on Windows 7, I no longer seem able to download families off Autodesk Seek. If anyone else has faced the same issue, have you found any solutions?
