When I use the idrop facility and drag families into Revit, They seem to include the % letter in there names
eg name in revit is :-
M_Round%20Duct%20Connector%20-%20Other%20Air%20-%2 0Air%20Terminal: Standard
Downloading the files and the names are as expected
eg name in revit is :-
M_Round%20Duct%20Connector%20-%20Other%20Air%20-%2

We became aware of the issue (it appears that %20 is insert in place of space in the file name) and are working on the fix. Sorry for the inconvenience, we hope to get it out soon!
