LAYERSTATE SAVE FROM KEYBOARD IN A LAYOUT

I simply want to save a layerstate while in the "mspace" of a viewport
    inside a toolbar macro.
I am currently doing this, but I have to go through the layerstate dialog
    box, because I can not
save from the command line and have the layerstate have the "space" "layout"
    status.
When I save a layerstate "new" it provides this status and will restore in
    full model space properly.

I work with one viewport per LAYOUT. Each layout is a drawing for me.
I currently open the Layer dialog box and manually freeze what is frozen
in the vp freeze column. This enables me to switch to MODEL and have
    the correct layers.

This to me takes to much time, therefore I would like a macro.

I also use "loswitch" reactor from Dotsoft with appropriate scripts to
    accomplish this.

    Thanks,

While I have you here maybe you could help me with another task:

I would like to freeze/thaw "selected" layers in "selected" Layouts, dialog
    based.
I have seen this attempted by ToolPac, but does not work. I am a certified
    user Toolpac 11.
I use one viewport per Layout and have many Layouts. This would be a
great tool for the type of work I do.

Please understand I know that I can freeze/thaw all layers in all viewports,
but not "selected" layers in "selected" Layouts.

I am willing to pay for such a program(s).

    Thanks in advance.
