i want to remove Robot 2011 x64 from my computer but i am getting a message shown in the picture.

Hi,

Try first to uninstall Spreadsheet calculator 2011 from your machine , after try to remove RSA2011, and let us know if it works for you.

i do not find or have spreadsheet program.

another way to uninstall?

Have you try to remove it as Windows Admin; UAC turned off?

I have a similar problem with the RSA 2012 in aW7 26 bit machine.

I´ve tried to unsinstal it as admin with UAC off with no luck. The fact is that now I cant install or uninstall the product. i have attached an image with the problem.

I was capable of deinstalling robot it but now I cant install it. I spent an hour or more deleting registry keys, hidden folders, etc (there are a lot of them). Doing this, Robot it´s not yet in the uninstalable programs list from the control panel.

Whe I try to install it again, I enter the serial number and key but then the install button it´s not active. I think the only way to reinstalling is reinstalling windows again. This is painfull, a nigthmare, really.
