Please exit Robot and check whether EUROCODE.xml file exists in the following folder (AppData may be hidden folder):
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Structu
If yes please rename or delete it, restart Robot and check availability of materials.
If no or materials are still not displayed after above operations please check whether EUROCODE.xml file exists in the following folder and you have read rights in it (ProgramData may be hidden folder):
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Structural\Common Data\2012\Data\Mate\
Also when creating tapered section my ''add'' button is inactive (pic3), what I am doing wrong ?
Your screen capture suggests that "Add" button is active. Can you try once again?

Thanks for answer.
I tried everything you said, but still material list does not apear.
I had same error like this http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Robot-Struc
Creating tapered section ''add'' button is active, but it is pointless, nothing happens then I click it.
I think problem is same, my ARSA do not see eurocode or something.
Maybe i have installed SP 3 badly, dont know...
Thanks

I have similar problem. I don't have materials in Eurocode database.
I changed regional settings, but nothing changes.
I tried also first recommendation about deleting file EUROCODE.xml, but I don't have such file in these directories.
I have only 1 file EUROCODE.xml, but its located in: C:\Autodesk\ASD_2012_English_Win_32bit\x86\ASD\Pro
This is not ARSA file, but ASD.
Under ARSA I found only EUROCODE.mdb, located in: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2012\RESC\Data\Mate.
What else should I do to make this work?

Your screen capture suggests that you are using RSA 2012 in Win XP so look for EUROCODE.xml in the following folder:
c:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Autodesk\Structural\Common Data\2012\
Attention: Application Data is a hidden folder so to see it it may be necessary to set "Show hidden files and folders" in Tools>Folder Options>View tab of Explorer.
