instability

I recently started working with the autodesk robot.
I modeled a simple trus from the robot library i have not done any changes to it, jus put some loads. than i calculated it  appears warnig about node instability in direction RY. 

Could anyone advise what to do? and what is the diferent between instability of  type 1, type 2 and type 3
