i want to update existing robot file from the modified revit ( i have made modification in revit file), please help me in this,

Hi

You can only send model from Revit to Robot and the model should be updated in Robot under one condition: changes should be made in one model (in the same time to keep coherence of changes) then the other model should be updated.

Example:

- RST model -> export to Robot -> changes in Robot -> update RST model -> changes in RST -> export to Robot and so on

or

- Robot model -> update RST model (to create model) -> changes in Robot -> update in RST -> changes in RST -> export to Robot  and so on
