Que dois je faire pour générer les combs? automatiques simplifiés ou complètes ou manuelles??il s'agit d'une structure métallique en 2D

If you expect that the most critical locations for steel code check are in the location of one of the internal forces (e.g. bars are mainly subjected to unidirectional bending or pure tension/compression) then you can try to use the simplified automatic code combinations in the same number of points as you intend to set for code checking. Otherwise I would use complete code combinations or manual combinations (they are in fact the same) unless their number is going to be enormous.
