Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis

Robot doesn't initialize if Norton Internet Security 2012 is on. I had spent all day with Norton Support but they were not able to resolve the problem. Any suggestion? Or better, what anti-virus and firewall do you suggest.

I unistalled Norton and I am running with Microsoft Security Essencials without problems.
