Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis

Hello,

I have Robot pro 2011 (x64) + SP5 from 4-5 mounts now and today i try to install the extensions for Robot (robotextensions2011.exe - 212Mb).

But when the setup starts, it gives me error: RSA 2011 or RSA Pro 2011 is not installed on this computer! Please install one of the programs first.

Some ideas how to fix this issue ?

i heard about problems with extensions  for the 64 bit versions, maybe this is also your case?

Hello,

the default name of installation file (robotextensions2011.exe) suggests that it is an old version, which was released before releasing x64 version of RSA Pro 2011.

Please go to Subscription Center and download Robot Extensions for Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis 2011

The default name of the installation file will be robotextensions2011_v2.exe

It is the installation compatible with x64 version of RSA Pro 2011.
