I am installing spread sheet calculator 2012 and I have windows 7 pro 64 bits+Microsft excel 2003.

the program runs but it is in demo mode.

Can I have a solution?  thank you.

Jad deleted post, but this tip there: download & install in trial mode Autodesk Quantity Takeoff 2012 32Bit. Reboot after install & try to run spreadsheet calculator. Thanks Jad for this hidden trip

I deleted the tip because I'm waiting for better solution and I'm not sure It will work for all the users

Hi All,

RSA/RSAPRO 2012 licensing error which appears on 64-bit operating systems inside RESC (former name ESOP), Experts and Apilogs can be cured by installing appropriate one of the following hotfixes:

License error hotfix for 64-bit OS - RSA,

License error hotfix for 64-bit OS - RSAPRO

Both are available on Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional Services & Support page, under RSA 2012 and RSAPRO 2012 sections.

In few days Apilog, Expert, and RESC Content installations on Subscription will be supplied with this hotfix adding missing license element during installation.
I will inform you when exchanging subscription installations is finished.
