Reinforcement bar spacing are too small

hi support team, I got a problem (big one for me). When I'm modelling and until stage checking RC detail,there is a message 'Reinforcement bar spacing are to small for bar anchorage'.. What is the actual problem of this matter? It's really give me headache..Please help me.
