Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis

In RSAPro 2012 steel design for ANSI/AISC 360-05; when trying to define the Cb parameter for "Lateral Buckling", the window for selecting the Parameter Cb does not pop-up (see attached file). Is this a software problem or am I missing a design step?

Please download and install SP3 for Robot 2012. Mind to select the correct version of the SP (Professional or Standard version as well as 32 or 64-bit OS).
