Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis

Hi,

Robot 2012 Pro (SP5) is repeatedly crashing without warning both in XP and W7, 8GB RAM machine.

I 've been sending reports quite often about it.

Any help?

Please register all crashes in crash report system specifying e-mail address.

As far as I can see one of the crashes reorted using your e-mail address in AUgust seems to be corrected in 2013 version.

IN general

Try to clear cfgusr folder and windows temp folder (%temp%).

Could you please indicate the paths for the folders you mentioned above?

("cfgusr" and windows(7 x64) temp folder)
