I would like to know if its possible to determine the design bending moment for beams,for exmaple how we can deisgn the beam based on the value of bending moment at face of the supporting column.

In RC Beam Design Module you can find such diagrams:
the selection whether to design in column \ support face or in support axes can be done by selecting support type: concrete or masonry.
