    Hello

I want to know how i can modelise this situation (see attached picture)

I want to know how to model the barrier that is suspended by cables.

    Have you got an idea.

PS : i will applied force of Wind

My assumption is that you want to transfer forces generated by wind on the horizontal beam suspended to the main frame to the frame itself. Personally I would simply apply the corresponding load directly to the frame to avoid unnecessary complications of otherwise simple model. Mind that FEM programs generally require some restrains rather than allow for finding balance of forces (wind vs. gravity load) in the equilibrium state and trying to model the suspended beam you will most likely have problems with instability of the structure.
