Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis

I've defined a floor slab as a rigid diaphragm which is supported on walls and columns. The walls will mesh but the floor slab will not. I've tried using the generate local mesh function, define the floor as a shell or a flexible diaphragm but nothing seems to work. 

Any Ideas?

Please check if you have the right panel calculation model assigned to the floor. Otherwise attach the file and indicate the panel to mesh.
