It is not possible to directly export reinforcement of slab generated in Robot to Revit but you may find the following solution helpful:
1. Generate slab reinforcement drawing in Robot
2. Open this drawing in ASD reinforcement and save it as dwg
3. Link this dwg file with the project in Revit

As you linked the 2D dwg drawing you will not be able to generate a cross section using Revit tool that is intended for a 3D model. The cross section view should be created in ASD and saved in the same or as a separate dwg file (that you link to Revit).
