If it does not help please send us model.

the model rtd file is 22 mega byte and i can't upload it as it exceeds the max upload file capacity . what shall i do?

It seems it can be related either to lack of free memory in computer or lack of free disk space.

In fact this model produced 6 GB results so it needs for temporary files and the final file at least 18-20 GB free hard disk space.
