Coefficient of homogeneity for concrete structure

I wanted to know if you can change the value of the coefficient of homogeneity n (or m), for the calculation of concrete structures.

Assuming that you want to introduce this change to EC2 design that of RC elements available in Robot then this is not possible. The ratio is calculated based on properties of selected concrete grade and steel.
