Can Robot do this?

Do I need to create a user defined material or are there pre-prepared versions of different types of structural glass?

Can you fill out the second answer a little. I have not created a user defined material before. How do I go about it? I have spent some time looking around the program but cannot see where to start. I would appreciate some screen shots or even some previously created glass User defined materials or User defined sections for Glass.
