Interference Check Tolerance

We are running interference check, which is awesome for verifying that our elements don't hit each other, but I'd love to be able to confirm clearances.  I.E. if we have a stud wall bypassing a floor and always want at least 1" clear, it would be nice to be able to check that in our model.  Anyone know of any way to do this within REVIT?  I know that this is an option in NAVIS but I'd prefer to not need to run 2 programs to accomplish this.  Thanks.

Unfortunately in Revit you can't do it like in Navis.

What you can do it is change the families and add a solid with an on/off parameter. I would suggest to create them under generic models and create subcategories to make it easier for you to find.

Here is a link to help you understand the concept:

Hope that helps.

Could you re-share the link? It does not seem to be working. Thank you.
