I figured it out. They used floor based void family to cut the hollows out of the floor and then created the parts according to the panel contours. It's quite a good solution of making hollow core slabs. One advantage is that you do not need to modify panels individually (if angled cuts or shaft cuts) but you can get specific data for each individual panel. And no problem because of automatic joints with beam like hollw cores.
