Autodesk Revit Structure

New on Revit so hope my question is understandable. 

What is the best procedures to callout a section in multiple locations without creating multiple views? 

And/or using the same detail reference on different locations of the building?

I have seen construction documents from others, where it appears this is achievable.  But I have not figured out a way to do this.  Hope some of you can help!

Use referenced details.
