I found some info on the equation you are after, I think, at the link above. Reading thru the link, I think you may be able to pull the data out via a Calculated Value within a Schedule, but I don't see a way to do it as a Tag on the pipe. To accomplish a Tag scenario, I think you may be looking at having to write an addin .NET program routine.
But if anyone else has insight, I would like to see that as well.
