What is the level of detail that most firms are putting into their Revit models? At this point are most AE firms simply using Revit to produce 3d models? Does anyone have a document that tells a client what the firm will produce when the client says 'I want a BIM model' and doesn't even really know what that is?

Im am finally getting to (getting Architect's to help) try and utilize
calcs and such so im adding much detail. Before that the Architect's
only wanted a 3d model (I have no hair left) from me.
