This has just started.  When I select a view from the Project Browser, my options bar turns off, when I select inside the drawing area, it comes back.  Makes it a jumpy environment.  Like I said, it wasn't doing this, it just started.  Any ideas on what I did and how to keep the options bar up?

Well.  Figured it out.  I offed Hardware Accl, reloaded it stopped.  I then turned Hardware Accl back on, reloaded, and the problem did not return.  Odd.

Further testing and found that I can't keep HardwareAccl turned on, the jumpy-ness will come back.
