the problem is I have El and VVS and I have 1 revision on VVS and 3 on El. Is there a way to have the latest and only the latest revision on a sheet but still maintain the information of past revisions on the sheet.
- If I ‘hide elements’ of the revision cloud to leave only ‘revision C’ then the information disappears in the title block
- If I turn off the revision clouds in the ‘sheet/revision’ control then it will hide all A in the project, (even if it has been selected per sheet, not project.
Should I make a different sequence of revisions per ‘trade’?? any ideas?

Go under view, click revisions under sheet composition. The last column is called show. There you can change which ones will show and wont show.

Thankyou for your help! Yes I knew we could do this... the problem was that eg. revision A for the vvs and el was under the say sequence, so when you turned it off it turned it off in the whole project not just the one 'trade' which is what we wanted... what we did was break up the revision sequences into 'trades' so that helped. Thanks again.

I believe that this is a bit beyond the simple capabilities of Revit. You cannot make a separate Issuance for each discipline and still have it display the same Revision Number for all disciplines. Have you considered making the information on the Title Block static text in lieu of the Revision Schedule?
