If I have a duct that runs at a perfect 0,90,180,270 the duct tag works perfect but if the duct runs at an angle like 45 deg, the text stays perfectly horizontal and does not line up with the duct.
Open the Tag Family for editing. Once open, there is a single checkbox option under Properties (with no elements selected) named "Rotate with component". Toggle that and load the Tag back into the Project.
