Cable Tray Error

I'm trying to run a few cable trays just to show where cables and the likes would come in inside a data center, and I've checked around YouTube and Google on how to make vertical sections (using offset). I've got no problem making horizontal segments, including turns and other fittings. When I go to set a different offset while drawing for a vertical segment, I get the following message:
The routing solution failed because there is no default fitting type specified or the fitting cannot be found in the project. Ensure the fitting is loaded in the project and try again.
I have the following settings:
Using Cable Tray with Fittings - Ladder Cable Tray
Automatically Connect is on
Level: Level 1 (starting offset is 10', final is 3')
Width: 12"
Height: 4"
Bend Radius: 4"
Horizontal Justification: Center
Vertical Justification: Middle
Rung Space: 9"
Thanks for your help!

You probably need to load the fittings and configure the cable tray routing options.
Select the cable tray and Edit Type in the Propoerties The fittings options here need to be populated.
Load the required families and apply the fittings to the routing options.
