Is there a solution for using DWF Markups in a Revit file yet?

We currently have people updating and looking at the master dwf markup created from Revit and linked back into revit as a markup. The problem is anytime the DWF is open in Desigh Review, the Revit file cannot save because the file is read only while it is open. It seems like there shouel be a solution for this as it is very counter productive in its default form. Does anyone have any idea on how to figure this one out?
