Revit 2013 does not have the Wall Sweep panel available from a 3D view.

How do I go about modifying segments?

Specifically, how do I modify the sweep so it wraps both sides and end of the wall?

Do you have update release 2 installed?  This looks like an issue related to .NET 4.5 being installed and causing trouble with the context panels.  If you have recently installed software which updated the .NET framework on your computer to 4.5 and you don't have the Revit update release 2 installed you will see problems like this.
