I am getting some strange dividing lines in my mullions on a project, which I can't seem to get rid of. See the attached files. Both projects were started from the same template. The mullions are the same type in both files. I even purged and copied the curtain walls and mullions to make sure they were the same, yet I can't get rid of those extra lines no matter what I do. Please help.

nevermind. Sometimes its the simple stuff that gets you. Somehow a surface pattern was added to the material. Setting the pattern to none fixed it.

Just be careful that when you changed the surface pattern that you don't have any other objects using that same material, otherwise they'll now be missing the surface pattern. I'll often see this if someone has edited a material on the fly, not realizing that it was being used somewhere else in the project.
