revit 2013 - where is the commercial template

following the tutorial in ch 6 of "Design Integration Using Autodesk Revit 2013"  by Stine,

step 1: create project file , uses the 'commercial' template

but, in the 2013 Revit I just downloaded from the student site, there are templates for 'construction', 'architectural', 'structural', and 'mechanical'

where is 'commercial'?

Hello - the commercial template was in 2012 - they dropped it in 2013.

I cannot attach it here - its too big.

it is used in the 2013 tutorial book...

I found it - browse to templates and there is still a copy there in the folder, it is just not displayed in the user interface
