"A serious error has occurred" - Revit 2012

Every time I try to add two custom wall sweeps to a wall I get the "A serious error has occured. The current action has been cancelled, etc etc"

Is this a bug within revit as I have tried mutliple methods including a standard out of the box revit wall which does contain two wall sweeps (ps I mean in its structure build-up as opposed to adding a sweep on manually through Wall>wall sweep function), and amending this to have my profiles?

I have added the two profiles individually and they work fine. Anyone else experienced this problem?

    Thanks

I have experienced this on occasion with sweeps built into the wall.  I found that redoing the sweep from scratch worked.

    Hope this helps you.
