Autodesk Revit Architecture

i have search for similar post..

and i found this one

kinda similar problem and i solved the missing tab by renaming the ui archive

then.. i started using again the program and now i cant edit any on this tab! i have try restarting and re-renaming the archive

so help .. i dont know what to do

now i cant even draw in others comands :,c

when i try to do other thing stay in the last option i "use"
