door schedule - keying in details

I've added the fields in my door schedule for head, jamb and sill details.  These field appear be manually completed.  Is there a way to link the field to the actual detail?  

That way, for example if the detail were to be moved to another sheet, the field in the door schedule would be automatically updated.

Unfortunately not.  This is still a manual process I am afraid. It isn't possible to reference other views within a schedule.
