Just loaded the latest version of REVIT 2013 and noticed that the drawing tools box does not come up when you select "walls"??

Has this been changed?? Anybody know?

No, the contextual walls tab should show up with the wall drawing tools. Try Repairing or reinstalling.

You need to make sure you have installed the upadte to Revit 2013.  What you are describing sounds a bit like an incompatibility with .NET 4.5 and Revit which causes contextural tabs to not display correctly.
