    Use the model text function. If used from an elevation view you can select
    the plane of the wall for the work plane of the model text.

    Another technique is to use a Decal which is an image file placed on a Decal background attached to the face or workplane in your model. The Decal only displays when the model is rendered.

    Using model text limits you to any TT text font, but does show up in all views whether hidden line, shaded and rendered.

    Você pode criar uma familia de "perfil" colocando o decalque da placa de fundo, inserindo uma imagem da mesma, após isso você pode salvar essa familia. Na hora de modelar, criar parede, editar perfil da parede. Na familia de perfil copie o decalque, e cole no perfil de parede que está sendo editado, finalize a edição e voua la!
