How do you set the view range to show a window with a sill height of 5'-0" and a dog door with a head height of 2' in the same wall on a floor plan view?

Hi
You can either draw from a View Renge.
Using the following procedure:
1 - The ribbon view of the panel, create a list of open plane view and select the option to view renge.
2 - Now, using the drawing tools in a Sketcch depending on the desired position draw.
and Click Finish
For example, on Windows.
3 - view Renge select and click on icon to view renge window content
cut plane to the desired value can be changed and Ok.

If these are "One-Off" isolated incidents, I'd use "Plan Regions"
