I installed Revit 2013, so why can not I see thumbnails in Windows Explorer

Where is now Revit.Thumbnail.dll

Control panel>System>Advanced System Settings>System Properties>Advanced Tab>Settings>Performance Options.

I got the wrong wording, it was just what I chance is Control Panel> System> Advanced System Settings> System Properties> Advanced Tab> Settings> Performance Options.
