I am creating a schedule in Revit 2013 Architecture, I have placed multiples of the same item (lets say A01). When I created a schedule and added the "count" field to give the amount of A01.
The problem is the schedule is listing A01 five times in five different rows instead of showing A01 in one row with a count of five.

Solved!!! solved by unchecking "itemize every instance" under the sorting/grouping tab while editing the properties of the schedule.
