1st question I have is how did you create it?

I created the roof by extrusion and a void to cut out excess.

Thanks

You can use a Window Family--Skylight, which comes OOTB (out of the box) meaning standard in the Revit Library.

I just created a test project with a curved roof by extrusion and placed the skylights--no problem.

see attached image.

Thanks for the quick response.

I take it you just create vertical openings in the roof?

How easy is it to place the rooflights in the roof.

The Skylight Window family just drops in like it would in a wall---simple as that!

Family attached.

Sorry a small problem, it is not allowing me to insert rooflights, saying it cannot cut instances.

How do i place them.
